Liquidity Ratio

Liquidity Ratio is the ratio of your liquid assets to your total current liabilities. This ratio measure your ability to pay off short-term obligations in the event of unemployment. Ideal number for liquidity ratio should be above 1.0. It is advisable to maintain about three to six months of salary, so as to tide you over unforeseen events.
